Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy.

This Return Policy applies to purchases made on this website from KONNER SOHNEN POWER EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C S.O.C (Trade License No. 1623869, Dubai, United Arab Emirates).

1. 14-Day Return Policy
You may return products purchased from us within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

2. How to Return a Product

Step 1 — Contact us.
Let our customer service team know that you would like to make a return, by phone at +971 50 868 70 38 or by email at info.uae@dimaxgroup.com. Please include your order number. We will provide you with all the information you need.

Step 2 — Prepare the package.
Pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging, together with all accessories, manuals, and documents. Products that have been used must be completely drained of fuel and oil before shipping, as couriers cannot transport them otherwise.

Step 3 — Hand over the package.
We will arrange collection of the return through our delivery partner or provide you with a return address. Return shipping is free of charge. If you use the courier we arrange, we bear the risk of loss or damage during return transport.

Step 4 — Refund.
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Condition of Returned Products

• Unused products in their original condition, complete with all accessories, will be refunded in full.

• Used products (for example, products that have been filled with fuel, oil, or other consumables, or operated) may be subject to a deduction reflecting the reduction in value. We will inform you of the amount of any deduction before the refund is processed.

• Products that are damaged due to improper handling by the Customer, or returned incomplete, may be refunded with a corresponding deduction or may not be accepted for return.

4. Defective Products
This Return Policy does not affect your rights in the case of a defective product. Defective products will be handled free of charge in accordance with our Warranty terms and Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations.

6. Governing Law and Language
This Return Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of any inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
