This Cancellation Policy applies to Consumers, meaning any natural person who purchases goods mainly for personal or household purposes, unrelated to their commercial or professional activity. It forms part of our Return Policy and General Terms and Conditions.

1. Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.

2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision by a clear statement, by email or by post, before the cancellation period expires. You may use the cancellation form below, but this is not mandatory.

3. Return of the Goods

• After receiving your cancellation notice, we will arrange collection of the goods through our delivery partner or provide you with a return address. Return shipping is free of charge.

• If you use the courier we arrange, we bear the risk of loss or damage during return transport.

• Please pack the goods securely, preferably in the original packaging, with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging that provides adequate protection against transport damage.

• Goods delivered on a pallet must be placed and secured on a pallet for the return shipment.

• Used products must be completely drained of fuel and oil before collection, as couriers cannot transport them otherwise.

• Please do not send goods to us using a courier of your choice without prior agreement with us.

4. Refund

• We will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

• You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning (for example, filling with fuel or oil, or operating the product). We will inform you of the amount of any deduction before the refund is processed.

5. Defective Products
This Cancellation Policy does not affect your rights in the case of a defective product. Defective products are handled free of charge in accordance with our Warranty terms and Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations.

6. Language
In the event of any inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
