KS 72-3BE – a diesel three-phase power station with a power output of 72/65 kVA (230/400V), based on a modern economical BAUDOUIN engine (Stage IIIA), which embodies the best practices of French engineering. The power station is equipped with an advanced Common Rail system with electronic injection, guaranteeing maximum equipment efficiency. Equipped with a Datakom D300 controller with the possibility of connecting an external ATS unit. A soundproof enclosure made of galvanized steel, CEE 230/400V sockets (16A/32A), a preheating system for confident starting in winter and fuel savings of up to 15% make the generator a reliable solution for both industrial and residential backup power supply.

Three-phase diesel power station — designed for stable power supply to three-phase and single-phase consumers and industrial equipment, ensures even load distribution between phases and reliable system operation.

Possibility of connecting an ATS — allows integration with automatic transfer switch systems, ensuring automatic start of the power station and load switching by an external ATS unit without human intervention.

Maximum power 72 kVA (57 kVA) — makes it possible to supply energy to production facilities, workshops, agricultural enterprises and other critical infrastructure with high energy consumption.

Four-cylinder Baudouin diesel engine – embodies the best practices of French engineering. With proper and regular maintenance, it guarantees absolute reliability and flawless stable operation. Compliance with Stage IIIA means reduced NOx and PM emissions compared to basic requirements, allowing the power station to be used at sites with strict environmental requirements.

207 L fuel tank — provides long autonomous operation without frequent stops for refueling, which is especially important during emergency power outages.

Maximum level of safety — the comprehensive protection system includes monitoring of key operating parameters, a main ABB circuit breaker with an RCD function (residual current protection), a protective residual-current circuit breaker on each socket, neutral grounding to the frame, a jumper for selecting the TN or IT configuration, and an emergency stop button. The electrical safety system includes: protection against current and voltage imbalance, low oil level protection, short-circuit protection, power overload protection, engine overtemperature protection, which increases overall operational reliability.

Soundproof enclosure — reduces noise levels during operation, provides comfortable use near residential or work areas and additionally protects the equipment.

Galvanic coating of the enclosure — increases resistance to corrosion and the negative effects of the external environment, extending the service life of the power station.

Possibility of control via dry contacts — provides integration with building automation systems, inverters and other external control devices. At the buyer's request, the Datakom D300 controller can be configured for remote start according to the automation scheme.

Water cooling of the engine — maintains the optimal operating temperature, reduces component wear and increases engine service life under prolonged loads.

Pre-start heating — the built-in coolant pre-start heating system automatically maintains the required temperature for safe engine starting, allowing the power station to be started quickly at sub-zero temperatures.

Digital control unit — all operating processes are controlled using the modern multifunctional Datakom D300 digital control unit. The controller displays the main operating parameters, alarm messages and maintenance reminders, and also provides configuration of the station start and operation.

Main ABB circuit breaker with RCD function — the main protective switch manufactured by ABB combines the functions of a circuit breaker and a residual current device (RCD) in one housing. It provides instant disconnection in the event of current leakage to the housing, protecting personnel from electric shock even in the event of insulation damage.

Stainless steel hinges and locks — all hinges and door locks of the enclosure are made of stainless steel. Increases the resistance of fastening elements to corrosion during long-term outdoor operation or in rooms with high humidity.

Fuel level indicator — a built-in “quick” fuel level indicator located near the tank cap allows the remaining fuel level to be quickly assessed without opening the enclosure. Reduces the time required to check the station's readiness for operation during regular maintenance.

LED enclosure lighting — built-in LED lighting inside the enclosure is powered by the power station's starting battery. Provides sufficient lighting for maintenance and troubleshooting in any conditions, including nighttime or rooms without external lighting.

Protective covers for forklift openings — the forklift openings are equipped with protective covers that prevent mechanical damage to the enclosure during lifting and transportation. They preserve the integrity of the protective coating at the points of contact with the forks.

Grounding of all enclosure elements — all metal parts of the enclosure are interconnected by a grounding wire, ensuring an equal electrical potential throughout the entire structure. Prevents the accumulation of potential differences between the enclosure panels and eliminates the risk of electric shock when touching any part of the power station.
