DeWALT DXIG90SEU Inverter Generator

DeWALT® DXIG90SEU — a petrol inverter generator in a sound-insulated enclosure, delivering 8.2 kW rated and 8.8 kW maximum power. Thanks to inverter technology it produces stable voltage of a pure sine waveform, safe for powering both household appliances and sensitive electronics. The generator will be a reliable source of backup power for a private home, commercial facility, workshop or construction site.

The model supports three control modes: directly from the control panel, via the ATS input for automatic backup start, and via dry contacts for integration with automation systems, BMS, UPS or smart home systems. This makes it easy to integrate the generator into modern backup power systems.

For increased safety, the generator is equipped with the CO Alert system, which continuously monitors carbon monoxide concentration around the unit. If the safe level is exceeded, the system automatically shuts down the engine, helping to protect users.

Economy Mode reduces fuel consumption during operation at low load. The mode is recommended to be activated after engine warm-up and used at loads up to 50% of rated power. It should be switched off before connecting high-load consumers to ensure stable generator operation.

A fuel tank capacity of 27 litres provides extended runtime and requires fewer refuelling stops. The generator is equipped with two Schuko 230 V / 16 A outlets, one CEE 230 V / 32 A outlet, a DC 12 V / 9 A output,  USB-A QC3.0 and USB Type-C ports for charging mobile devices, and a connector for parallel connection of a compatible DeWALT Parallel Unit generator.

The control panel features a multi-function LED display that shows voltage, frequency, load level, operating hours and service messages in real time. Indicator lights signal output voltage presence, normal generator operation, low oil level, overload and CO Alert system activation.

To maintain readiness for operation, a built-in starter battery charging port is provided (input 230 V / 0.8 A, output 13 V / 2 A). The charger is included in the kit, allowing the battery to be charged without starting the engine during extended storage.

The generator is built in a robust sound-insulated enclosure with a guaranteed sound power level of LWA 97 dB, carries CE marking, complies with EN ISO 8528-13:2016, machinery, electromagnetic compatibility and noise directives, as well as REACH, RoHS and WEEE standards. Protection class — IP23M.

The model supports parallel connection of a second compatible generator via the DeWALT Parallel Unit.
